1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using 360REV (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Paid plans bill on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You won't use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited content; reverse-engineer the platform; or interfere with other users.

5. Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service, per our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do our best, but we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes and post the new version with an updated effective date.
