Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed up for 360REV using your Facebook or Meta account (or any other social login), you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. When your request is processed, we will remove all personal information associated with your account from our systems.

1. Delete your account in-app

The fastest way to remove your data is directly from within the platform:

1. Log in to your 360REV account at app.360revtech.net
2. Open Settings from the sidebar
3. Scroll to the Account section
4. Click "Delete My Account", type the confirmation phrase, and confirm

Deletion takes effect immediately: your sign-in is disabled, your Stripe subscription is cancelled, and your tenant enters a 90-day recoverable window. During that window you can email support@360rev.com to restore the account. After 90 days every record — Keycloak users, all service databases, and Cloudflare R2 files — is permanently purged (GDPR Article 17).

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the in-app option, email us at privacy@360rev.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address or username associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

3. Revoke Facebook / Meta app permissions directly

You can also remove 360REV's access to your Facebook data from within Facebook itself:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Click Apps and Websites
3. Find 360REV in the list and click Remove

Revoking app permissions in Facebook stops future data sharing. To remove personal data already held by 360REV, you must also follow steps 1 or 2 above.

4. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove:

• Your profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
• Your social login associations (Facebook/Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• All CRM records you created (contacts, leads, deals, tasks, notes)
• AI conversation history and token usage records
• Settings, preferences, and notification history
• Billing details (except records required for tax or legal compliance)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Retention after deletion

Following deletion: a 90-day recoverable window (in case of accidental deletion or you change your mind — email support@360rev.com), then a permanent hard-purge across Keycloak, every service database, and all Cloudflare R2 storage objects. Audit logs are retained for 7 years on a separate retention schedule for SOC 2 / legal compliance and cannot be individually deleted.
